Since my recent arrival to Changshu I have enjoyed tasting the different food options.
Some worthwhile information to know: The best thing to have is a good translation app or I use the screen translation app on WeChat. If you go into a restaurant there will be a QR code at your table and this is where you do your ordering from. Then you can pay through WeChat or AliPay – Money/transactions is app based. Some vendors like in the photo below will have a QR code displayed which you scan and they tell you how much to pay.
Last night we took the bicycles down to the local village get some take-away dinner. I love the vibe of this area, with some much going on and the food totally delicious.

I love eating outside and I have been to this area a couple of times. The photos below are from a couple of different visits. The food is amazing! My favourite was the fish in the final photo. I really enjoy at the end of the week going out with from friends, eating good food, having a beer and a laugh.
